1. Applicable Conditions:
Han My Viet ensures buyers' rights by allowing product returns and refunds within 7 days from the date of receipt.
Upon receiving the product, the buyer should inspect the quality and quantity. If the product does not meet quality requirements, is damaged, or broken, please notify us immediately via hotline 091.621.6710.
2. Conditions for Returning Products:
A return is accepted under the following conditions:
- The delivered product does not match the order specifications, model, or quantity.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- Han My Viet has agreed to the return request.
- The product has not been used.
3. Non-Acceptance of Returns:
Han My Viet does not accept returns if the buyer changes their mind without a valid reason.
4. Yêu cầu khi trả hàng và phí vận chuyển:
- To minimize issues related to returns, the buyer must return the complete product along with all accessories, invoices, warranty cards (if any), and ensure the product remains in its original condition as received.
- The return shipping fee is covered by the buyer or negotiated between both parties.
- Han My Viet covers 100% of the shipping cost if the return is due to a manufacturing defect.
5. Refund Policy for Returned Products:
- Han My Viet will issue a refund if the buyer has made a prepayment and meets the following conditions:
+ The return reason falls under Section 2.
+ The company has inspected the returned product and confirmed the return reason.
+ The product condition aligns with the requirements stated in Section 4.
- Refund processing time and method will be negotiated between both parties.
- Responsibilities of both parties:
+ Seller: Refunds the amount according to the policy or mutual agreement.
+ Buyer: Cooperates with the seller to complete the return process, including returning the product, invoices, and transaction documents as per legal requirements.
